Dad and I went to visit Grandma and Grandpa Bishop one weekend at the old house in West Concord. As I remember, Grandpa was watching baseball on t.v. and Grandma was writing a column for the local newspaper. As it turns out, we ended up in the newspaper simply because we had visited them that weekend! This is a great recording because it captures exactly the way Grandma (Alma) used to talk, at least the way I remember her. Also, the latter part of the recording includes some of Grandpa's great TALL TALES!

When we attended Stine's birthday (1972?) Becky was unable to attend because she was sick, so, everyone left her a message on my tape recorder. The following is a song that Ann Lee sang.

The following recording is of Becky when she was around 5 years old from Christmas, 1973. Notice at the end of the recording she refers to her cousin Dave and his new girlfriend.
